RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you are not completely satisfied with your order (the size does not fit, etc.), you can request a return within 30 days.
Purchased items should be returned within 30 days from the date of delivery (the delivery confirmation date).
Purchased items should have all tags attached and it should be in the original packaging in order to be refunded.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and without any other marks.
When trying clothes on, please, be careful around make-up and self-tanner.
Items that were damaged, worn, or washed cannot be exchanged or retuned (this includes make-up and self-tanner stains and signs of wear).
We will not be able to resell this items.
We thoroughly examine all returned items.
If we receive an item not in its original condition, we will send it back to you without refund or exchange.
Refund will be processed within 4-5 working days from the date we received returned item.
All refunds will be processed in its original form (to your credit card).
All payments, taxes and fees related to the delivery of orders for exchange and return are made by the buyer.
Exchanges will be processed within 4-5 working days.

Send an e-mail to our address octave@octave999.fr. In the subject line indicate that it is an exchange/return.
In the body of the e-mail, include your full name, your address, order number, order delivery date, and specify reasons for the return.
Our sales assistant will contact you shortly and will help you with processing your refund or exchange.
