ADDING ITEMS TO YOUR CART
Dear customer, placing an order on our website, you agree to all the rules and conditions regarding the purchase, return, and exchange of goods.
To place your order, on the product detail page, you may add an item to your cart by selecting size, heightand quantity. 

To add an item to your cart, click the "Add to Cart" button.
Then, click “Go to Cart.” Select desired number of items in the cart.
Your item will be added to the cart, which is visible at the top right-hand corner next to the cart symbol. You can view your order by simply clicking on the cart symbol. This will take you to your order. Here you can review the contents of your cart and change number of items.
You can return to the product page by clicking on the item you want to view or to the home page by clicking on our logo at the top left hand-corner of the screen.
Send us a message through “Contact us” service to verify the size of the item you need. Provide us with additional information (bust, waist, and hips measurements) and we will suggest a size that fits your measurements. 

Then, click “Place an Order” and fill in all fields, including the delivery address. 

Next, select “Delivery Options”.
 
PAYMENT METHODS
When placing your order, you may use PayPal/VISA/MasterCard
Your payment (including the credit card number) is processed securely through internationally certified system.
This means that your financial and personal confidential information (including card number, account number, registration information, etc.) is not shared with anyone, including our internet-store. Your personal data transfer is fully secured.
To process payment, we use encryption and fraud prevention tools developed by VISA and Master Card payment systems – Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS), which protects your bank account information. We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL), standard security technology, and closed banking networks to ensure secure transmission of confidential information. 
If the order is paid with a credit card, the money is refunded to the card used to make a payment. 
 

DELIVERY TIME AND COSTS

Our warehouse is located in Paris.

Local (France) delivery time is 1-5 working days.

International delivery time is 3-10 working days worldwide.

During big sales and holidays, shipping times might be longer than usual.

 

Shipping costs:

Orders under 200 $ -  30 $.

Orders 201-500 $  -  35 $.

Orders 501-1000 $ -  45 $

Orders over 1001 $ -  55 $

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) is critical for ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase

 OCTAVE999 is responsible for the correct shipment of the order to the address and contact details provided by the customer at the time of ordering, or subsequently communicated via email or WhatsApp.

OCTAVE999 is also responsible for informing the customer about the shipment of the package by providing the tracking number to the specified email.

It is the customer's responsibility to track the package using the provided tracking number and to collect the package in a timely manner. If, due to the customer's fault (incorrect contact details provided, recipient was unavailable for courier service calls, package was not collected in time from the pickup point, incorrect address provided, the customer refused the package for other reasons), the package is returned to the OCTAVE999 warehouse, we will resend the package to the customer at the customer’s expense according to the shipping cost tariffs.

The customer does not have the right to refuse the package or request a return if more than 14 working days have passed from the initial delivery of the package to the specified address until the moment it is returned to the sender's warehouse (clause 3).

 

​Customs duties and taxes for International delivery:

The customer is responsible for all postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees should they refuse to accept an order due to additional import duties or taxes.

Octave999 is not responsible for any additional customs or import duties and taxes that might be applied to your order upon its arrival to your country. To estimate customs duties, please contact your local customs office or visit: www.dutycalculator.com to avoid any unexpected charges.

It is our legal obligation to declare true and accurate value of items at retail price on all orders. Therefore, we can not alter prices in declaration forms to decrease potential customs charges. 

In case of a return, you will be responsible for customs fees and import duties. Return costs will be subtracted from the refund. If the charges and return shipping equate to more than your original order's value, the order will not be refunded.
